    Total ripp off company sent parcel to Russia, parcel returned via UPS now trying to scam me out of £175 when I paid £55 for parcel to go there plus a remote area charge of £14.85 how can they charge that ludicrous amount for a return that didnt even arrive at its destination and the customs reason for return is documents not attached to parcel, this is there responsiility as they are the ones who attach the documents for you, if they lose them thats there problem, I will be on the phone to UPS to find out there return billing fees tomorrow as I will be disputing this bill and everyone will hear about this company they have to be outed as a scam company ready to ripp off there customers, I will never use again my usual company Parcel2go is amazing and does not ship to Russia this is the only reason I tried this company, never again total ripp off.
